Sport-Specific Handouts
These handouts are designed to give you more specific information on your sport, including an idea of what it takes to play at the next level. Data in these handouts are not meant to dissuade or discourage any recruit, but it provides a realistic guage of a student's athletic ability and physical attributes compared to national averages of athletes who have played in the NCAA over the last few years. These handouts should only be used a benchmark tool - coaches do not recruit based on numbers, they recruit based on your maturity, coachability, likeability, competitiveness, personality, ability to work/help the team, and other features that can't be measured by numbers.
Remember, "not all sports are created equal," and that each sport has its unique considerations (both advantages and disadvantages) when it comes to how likely or difficult it is for a student to be recruited to play at any division in their sport.
Keep in mind that the data presented in these handouts are considered recent (within the last 5 years), but be please be aware that college programs are always evolving (e.g., coaching changes), NCAA rules are constantly changing (scholarship numbers may change), and the average competitive statistics continuously get more competitive.
